How do I take the cybersecurity career assessment?
Start the assessment by navigating to /onboarding (or selecting Assess in the navigation). The assessment asks about your background, military experience (if applicable), target cybersecurity path, and current skill level to create your tailored learning roadmap.
How do I view my personalized roadmap?
After completing your assessment, navigate to /roadmap or select My Roadmap (or Plan in the journey navigation) in the sidebar. Your roadmap organizes your cybersecurity progression into phases and milestones, highlighting recommended training and certifications.
How do I retake the assessment or restart my roadmap?
Go to Profile Settings at /profile/settings and locate the Profile & Career Path card. Click Retake Onboarding Assessment to reset your profile answers and generate updated career recommendations and a new roadmap.
What are achievement badges and where is the Trophy Room?
The Trophy Room is located under Progress Hub at /progress/trophy-room (or Proof in the navigation). It showcases your cybersecurity milestone badges, achievements, and connected lab progress. You can view unlocked badges, track overall progress, and share achievements to LinkedIn.
How do I connect my TryHackMe account?
Navigate to Connect TryHackMe at /thm-setup (found under Proof or Progress Hub). Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your TryHackMe account so your completed rooms and training progress sync with your badges.
How do I use the Resume Builder?
Open the Resume Builder in the Career Suite at /career-suite/resume. You can translate military experience into civilian cybersecurity language, generate tailored bullet points with AI assistance, and export your resume in formats including PDF, DOCX, and Google Docs.
What is Cipher and how do I ask questions?
Cipher is your AI career mentor available across the platform. You can interact with Cipher via floating or docked chat to ask questions about your roadmap milestones, understand certification options, and get guidance on cybersecurity concepts.
Where can I find learning resources and training programs?
Visit the Resources section at /resources/free-resources-guide. You can explore curated guides and tools across Free Resources Guide, Courses & Certifications at /resources/courses-certifications, Labs & Practice at /resources/labs-practice, and Apprenticeships & Programs at /resources/apprenticeships-programs.
How do I explore cybersecurity career roles and certifications?
Visit Explore Careers & Certs at /explore or the Certifications Guide at /certifications. These public resources provide information on cybersecurity occupation pathways, wage outlook data, and industry certification paths.
How do I update my profile and account settings?
Navigate to /profile/settings. In Profile Settings, you can update your account name, upload a profile picture, manage connected OAuth accounts, configure email notification preferences, and manage your account data.
How do I contact support or report an issue?
You can click the Contact Support or Report Issue buttons in the website footer on any page, or email support@cyberwingman.ai. Signed-in members can also visit Profile Settings at /profile/settings to find the My Support Requests card, where you can submit a support ticket using Contact Support and track replies and status directly in the app.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Signed-in members can manage an active or trialing subscription by visiting /profile/subscription (or navigating to the Subscription section in your Profile). The Subscription card provides self-service options to cancel at the end of the billing period or cancel immediately. You can review plan options anytime on the Pricing page at /pricing.
