Frequently Asked Questions
Is Cyber Wingman really free?
Yes. The free tier includes your personalized career roadmap, badge tracking, Cipher AI Lite (10 messages/day). Resume exports require a trial or paid plan. No credit card is required for the free tier.
How does badge tracking work?
Connect your TryHackMe, Credly, or other supported training accounts. We detect supported completions and credentials, then award verified badges on your profile.
Do I need cybersecurity experience to start?
Not at all. The onboarding assessment adapts to your background - whether you're military, a spouse, a student, or a career changer - and builds a roadmap starting from where you are.
Can I use Cyber Wingman with my GI Bill benefits?
Cyber Wingman itself is free or low-cost. We help you find and organize GI Bill-eligible training programs, certifications, and courses that align with your career roadmap.
What makes this different from just using TryHackMe or Coursera?
Those platforms teach skills. Cyber Wingman connects everything: tracking your progress across supported platforms, translating it into an ATS-optimized resume, and guiding your career path with AI - all in one place.
